Laminate flooring provide many benefits over carpeting a let property whilst both being modern, practical and enticing potential tenants to rent your property. With many manufacturers now offering commercial grade guarantees on laminate flooring (from £8 / 9 per square metre) it presents a long term modern option whilst lasting the test of time and tenants usage.

By removing skirting board throughout a property, installing the laminate flooring and then replacing / reinstating the skirting laminate flooring appears to be an original feature included with the house. Landlords will save money over time as a laminate floor can easily be cleaned and maintained, looking fresh without showing signs of wear and tear. With carpet / furnishings being non tax deductible in the UK a long lasting floor will save on the need to replace flooring.
